During our 9-year business relationship with Niagara Parks Commission, Gaggi Media worked on a number of projects, from selling Niagara Park Attraction passes to launching new rides and their golf courses, all on the cusp of digital media’s debut into the media marketplace. Gaggi Media helped NPC grow visitor traffic every year despite the changing environment, with challenges that still ring true today: volatile gas prices, shifting smoking regulations, and stiff competition (Marine Land, Great Wolf Lodge, Fallsview Casino, Casino Niagara, the IMAX theatre and countless wineries in this case).
Gaggi Media positioned NPC to U.S., international and Canadian visitors with integrated media strategies that included media broadcast, print and special supplements.
Gaggi helped them evolve into the digital space with online purchasing park passes before it became the critical tool that it is today in ticket sales and travel bookings. As a result, NPC experienced 35-45% growth year-over-year in ticket sales.
